The LD Systems DAVE8XS is a portable multimedia system equipped of an 8" band pass subwoofer (150 W RMS) and two 4" satellites (2 x 100 W).
It was designed for all kinds of multimedia applications such as home recording, studio monitoring, PC speaker, small sized public facilities (such as bars/pubs) etc. The A/B class amplification module integrated in the subwoofer delivers a high output and powers both sub and satellites.

I was searching for a small active P.A. system which had a good bass section, and i came across this very good priced system. It is powerfull enough to play in a small pub. You can even watch movies at home or power your guitar moddeling preamp with this system!
It is compact, powerful and clear sounding. The subwoffer has a good punch and if you play techno music, you can surely shatter some windows with it! It is compact, you can easily transport it, has XLR and 1/4 connections so you can connect your mixer or instrument preamp directly.
It looks good although you should transport it with care as the painting chips quite easily. The construction quality could be a bit better and be a bit more rugged.. but you cant ask for more at this price level.
I do personally recommend this small but powerful P.A. system!
