With the EP-136 K.O. Sidekick, Teenage Engineering presents the perfect addition to the EP samplers. The mixer offers two identical stereo channels and a clearly arranged master section. Each channel is equipped with a gain control, a 3-band EQ (EQ modes interchangeable!), CUE and FX switches as well as a volume control. The effects section has a lot to offer: 6 knock-out performance effects, including
All audio inputs and outputs are stereo and equipped with corresponding 3.5mm jack sockets. The aux input goes directly to the sum, this is intended as an additional input without setting options or functions in daisychain with other EP-136 mixers in larger setups. In combination with a computer and a DAW, the USB power supply functions as a USB audio interface with 8 inputs and 4 outputs, as well as a MIDI controller.
However, the concept is kept open, so this mixer can be used with any other audio source such as a groovebox, synthesizer, synthesizer, mixer, etc. Groovebox, synthesizer, drum computer, sampler.
