The Gibson Les Paul Standard Figured Top Copper Burst Limited Edition from the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville, Tennessee convinces with its traditional construction and an authentic vintage sound. Accordingly, the Singlecut electric guitar has a mahogany body with an intensely grained curly maple top, while the mahogany neck is made with Long Neck Tenon and carries a rosewood fingerboard. Two Gibson Custom Buckers deliver the typical vintage PAF sound that is equally suitable for classic blues and rock. Last but not least, the Gibson Les Paul Standard has the authentic hardware equipment in the form of Tune-O-Matic bridge, Stopbar and Kluson Deluxe single band tuners.

The neck of the Gibson Les Paul Standard Figured Top is glued with Long Neck Tenon and Hot Hide Glue.
The Gibson Les Paul Standard Figured Top Copper Burst is designed according to traditional Gibson custom shop specifications. Accordingly, the body and neck are each made of one piece of mahogany, whereby the connection is made via the long neck foot. The solid curly maple top is joined in two parts and perfectly highlighted by the elegant nitrocellulose finish. All wood joints are also made with hot glue (Hot Hide Glue), which hardens as hard as glass and thus guarantees a particularly lively tone with endlessly singing sustain.
The Gibson Custom Buckers in neck and bridge position deliver classic sounds for blues and rock on the amplifier.
The Gibson Les Paul Standard Figured Top Copper Burst has an authentic vintage humbucker sound thanks to the Gibson Custom Bucker pickups in neck and bridge position. Equipped with Alnico III magnets, they deliver a warm sound with the singing mid-spectrum and sweet heights of the typical PAF character, which is made for traditional blues or rock'n'roll. In addition, the pickups convince with airy, lively dynamics that support expressive electric guitar playing. The pickups are managed by a hand-wired electrical system with "Bumblebee" capacitors, 3-way switches and separate volume and tone controls.
Kluson Deluxe single band tuners guarantee a stable and precise tuning.
In addition, the Gibson Les Paul Standard Figured Top Copper Burst offers traditional hardware features with unlimited functionality. A Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and the lightweight aluminium Stopbar tailpiece sit accordingly on the body. This combination, which has been established for some time, guarantees not only an exact intonation adjustment, but also a comfortable string position. At the other end of the electric guitar, Kluson Deluxe single band tuners ensure precise tuning.
