It seems that these are very difficult to get hold of during the current global crisis. I didn’t want to settle with anything less having seen how well received these units have been and needed one quickly for a project. Absolute top quality performance. Wonderful top specifications, best in its class.
Within this price range it blows the competition out of the water.
(I purchased it to replace a perfectly working Scarlett 2i4 (1st Gen) which simply cannot compete with the Motu M2.)
A wonderful replacement for my home studio. My only criticism is the supplied USB cable is very short so had to buy a quality 2M replacement. Also when I registered the product on the MOTU site I got an error informing me the serial number was already in use! After contacting MOTU Support I quickly received a reply informing me that they had registered the unit for me.
Big thank you to DV247 UK who shipped the unit from Germany and despite the UK Virus Lock-down and it being Bank Holiday Easter it arrived promptly.

Great bit of kit does exactly what you would expect

Out of all the interfaces I've owned the M2 is leagues ahead, in terms of ease of use and performance. Installation was effortless, with my DAW instantly recognising the device and optimum settings. I've yet to get to a stage where I notice an latency, which is phenomenal. Highly recommended, especially for the price!
