The Markbass CMD Super Combo K1 Alain Caron Signature Bass Amp was developed in close cooperation with the Canadian jazz and fusion virtuoso. Thanks to the elaborate 3-way loudspeaker system, it offers a cleanly defined and perfectly balanced sound, which is equally suitable for driving grooves and filigree solo lines. The 600 Watt Class D power amplifier, whose power can be increased to up to 1000 Watts by connecting an external loudspeaker, promises sufficient dynamic and volume reserves for every situation in life. In addition to the 4-band tone control, the Variable Preshape Filter (VPF), typical for Markbass, is available for adjusting the sound image. Depending on the position of the slider, this emphasizes either the middle frequency range or bass and treble. In addition, the Markbass Alain Caron Super Combo provides a balanced line out that can be switched before or after the tone control and makes the removal of the bass amplifier on stage or in the recording studio particularly comfortable.
