Really cheap and does exactly what you need. just clip it on any stand (I use my hi-hat) and youre good to go. Ive needed this a couple of times already when I sent some sticks flying during a gig.
Im not sure if it will work that well on the wider pipes, since the rubber shapes in the clamp are not too big, but for a normal hi-hat or cymbal stand its fine.
