The Audio-Technica PRO49Q is a condenser gooseneck microphone designed for fixed installations, lecterns, conference areas, public address systems and presentation applications. The cardioid polar pattern focuses on forward speech pickup and helps to reduce sound from the sides.

The wide-band condenser element with a lightweight diaphragm ensures clear speech transmission with a linear, smooth frequency response. The frequency response range of 70 to 16,000 Hz is designed for intelligible speech and reliable signal quality in installation environments.

Thanks to its mains-independent electronics, there is no need to connect an external mains adaptor. The PRO49Q is powered by 9 to 52 V phantom power and features a 3-pin XLRM connector for quick connection to standard XLRF console or cable sockets.

The insulated gooseneck is designed for fixed installations and allows flexible positioning of the microphone. Measuring 418 mm in length, weighing 84 g and including the supplied AT8146 windscreen, the Audio-Technica PRO49Q is a practical solution for professional speech and conference applications.
