The Nord Grand 2 sets new impulses in the world of digital pianos and presents itself as a further development of its predecessor, the popular Nord Grand. This instrument is equipped with a high-quality hammer action from Kawai which, thanks to its three sensors and string resonance function, faithfully reproduces even the finest nuances of a hammer strike. The extensive piano library contains an impressive 2GB of high-quality samples, covering a wide range of sounds from grand pianos to characterful uprights and expressive electric pianos. Furthermore, the synthesizer section has been significantly expanded compared to the previous model and now has 1GB of samples, offering the user an impressive selection of synthetic sounds and sample sounds for creative musical expeditions. With the ability to use twice as many layers simultaneously, the Nord Grand 2 opens up even more creative scope for musicians. Operation of the piano is particularly user-friendly thanks to the LED sliders and numerous control elements as well as the clear OLED display. The effects section has also been updated compared to its predecessor: there are more effects in each category than in its predecessor, which are of course available per layer.
