Features and usage

The Pro Tools system is connected to the HD32R via standard Mini-DigiLink connectors. The HD32R functions as a 64-channel digital V break-in/break-out box (32 in/32 out) and behaves like a standard interface. A wide range of Pro Tools|HDX and HD cards are supported. Up to six HD32R modules can be used with a Pro Tools|HDX system. With Pro Tools|HD, three Module can be utilised, allowing the maximum possible number of channels for both systems to be fully utilised. The HD32R features a robust chassis and is built to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Thanks to redundant Ethernet connectivity and a dual power supply, the interface offers the very highest level of reliability. Thanks to its compact design, the 32 inputs and outputs require just 1U of rack space.
