Xiphos with uncompromising features and a stylish Rose Gold Chameleon finish
The Ibanez XPT420DX-RGC Rose Gold Chameleon combines the extravagant Xiphos body shape with specifications uncompromisingly geared towards rock and metal. At the heart of the design is the one-piece, five-strip maple/walnut neck in the slim Wizard III profile, flanked by two okoumé body wings; together with the rosewood fingerboard, 24 jumbo frets and a 400-mm radius, creates the ideal conditions for fast riffing and virtuoso lead playing. Two passive Ibanez Quantum humbuckers deliver powerful sounds with a clear attack and are controlled in the classic manner via a 3-way switch, as well as volume and tone controls. The Edge-Zero II double-locking tremolo is ideal for expressive vibratos, dive bombs and other tremolo techniques, whilst the eye-catching Rose Gold Chameleon finish, Cosmo Black hardware and reversed sharktooth inlays emphasise the Xiphos’ distinctive look. A matching gig bag is included as standard.
