Combining classical elements with modern functionality, the Yamaha SVC300C Silent Cello is the ideal instrument for a wide range of musical styles. Constructed with a maple neck and a body made from spruce and maple, the instrument features a unique cavity structure that gives the SVC300C a natural resonance. Combined with Yamaha’s proprietary SRT Powered System technology, this results in a rich cello sound that mimics the resonance of acoustic instruments and can be easily reproduced via headphones or an amplifier. Last but not least, the knee rests, crafted from birch wood, enable the correct execution of traditional playing techniques.
