Classic Marshall sound with flexible mono/stereo use
The Marshall 1936 has been an absolute bestseller among guitar cabinets for over 40 years. Introduced in the early 1980s for the launch of the JCM 800 series, the speaker cabinet is easier to transport than classic 412 cabinets, but with its two 12" Celestion G12T-75s and a power handling capacity of up to 150 watts, it offers more than enough power to easily cope with even the most powerful amplifiers. Alternatively, both speakers can also be operated in stereo to give the unique Marshall sound of the 1936 Cabinet additional three-dimensionality.

It's a good build and lightweight for its size but not up to its price, if the weight is also due to the 2 HP celestion G12T-75, they are the cause of the sound quality that is too deep in the treble. The 1936V version brings a little more medium but I preferred to buy the 1936lead and go to the best level by replacing the HP G12T-75 with 2 magnificent 16ohms Creamback. Now I have a sound warmer and rounder with my JCM900.
