The powerful Synthrotek MST Mono Voice System is an analog, monophonic and modular synthesizer system in Eurorack format. The modular system features several synthesizer modules from Synthrotek's MST series, including a flexible MIDI to CV interface with additional CV & Gate connectors and USB interface. It's great for bass, leads, drums and a wide range of effect sounds. The modules are accommodated in the practical and portable MST Power Lunch.
The Synthrotek MST Mono Voice System's powerful oscillator provides sine, triangle, sawtooth, sawtooth +1octave and square wave outputs. The pulse width of the square wave signal is adjustable. The double envelope curve can be switched per unit AD or ASR and in two times. The envelope of the Mono Voice System also has end-of-cycle and inverted outputs. With the dual VCA, which can work linearly or exponentially, not only the volume is controlled, but also progress and control tasks are implemented. The soft filter scores with 12dB & 24dB low-pass outputs and can be used as a 1V/O sine oscillator if required. A wave-symmetric LFO contributes to movement in this compact Eurorack synthesizer. The 1U modules mix, distribute and control signals.
The MST Mono Voice System from Synthrotek impresses with its versatile MIDI to CV interface. The interface has outputs for Gate & CV with a switchable Aux CV (either velocity, modulation wheel or aftertouch) and a clock input and output. With the Aux CV the modulation intensity of a VCA, the opening of the filter or the pulse width of the square wave can be controlled e.g. by keyboard or a computer.
The Synthrotek MST series is currently Synthrotek's premium module line. It consists of various modules for the Eurorack and was developed by Synthrotek in collaboration with synthesizer pioneer George Mattson.
