The Harvestman's Double Andore Mk II module is a dual AD envelope generator with digital waveshaping and 2-channel VCA for the Eurorack modular system. The envelope generator generates attack and decay phases. The Double Andore MkII module supports VCA cross-modulation, can be used as a signal mixer and has various control options.
The Double Andore Mk II from The Harvestman is equipped with two digital envelope generators. The envelope generators are distributed on the upper and lower area of the module and are identically constructed. They generate The envelope generator of the Double Andore MkII can be used in three different modes:
The active mode is indicated by coloured LEDs. Both envelope generators of the Double Andore MkII have their own CV input, which can be scaled with a polarizer. The envelope characteristic is set between logarithmic and exponential with the parameter Shape via CV or knob. Each envelope has its own output with bipolar attenuator and one with positive polarity with a level of 0-7V. The EOA/EOD output emits a pulse after the attack or decay phase. In LFO mode, this pulse corresponds to a square wave signal with variable pulse width.
The Harvestman has combined both envelopes with linear VCAs. The envelope outputs are normalized with the inputs of the VCAs. The VCAs have a 0-8V CV In and Signal In. VCA Drone is set via a slider and cross modulation between the two VCAs is possible using the X-Mod knob. The VCA outputs at the double andore can be tapped individually or via the mix output.
