The HSD271 from AKG is a professional, circumaural and closed-back headphone for standard intercom applications, ENG/EFP and video productions. It is based on the successful K271 MKII studio headphones and is complemented by a dynamic high-performance microphone.

The flexible microphone arm automatically mutes the microphone when it is folded up, while the microphone itself can be mounted on the left or right side. The HSD 271 also has a built-in switch in the headband that mutes the signal when the headphones are put down. Another bonus is the high-quality six-pin mini XLR connection to replace the cable if necessary.
