The 0-CTRL from Make Noise is a combination of sequencer and touch controller and is aimed equally at fans of experimental and loop-based music. The completely analogue device works without menus, sub-functions or even a display and implements inputs immediately. The eight "golden" buttons are capacitive controllers; touching them not only defines the current step in the sequence, but also generates a pressure value (aftertouch) at the same time. The three knobs assigned to each button define the pitch, decay time of the decay envelope and duration of the sequence run for each button/step. This enables extremely dynamic playing, whether manually or sequentially. In addition, the playback direction can be varied via the control voltage, for example, backwards, oscillation and randomisation are also possible. If you include the individual gate outputs or a Eurorack sequencer, you can use 0-CTRL can be reset dynamically to realise playback patterns with fewer than eight steps. Thanks to clock and reset inputs, the device can be synchronised to a Eurorack modular system or a MIDI-to-clock interface.
Make Noise touch controller & sequencerThe possibilities are limitless with this little analogue sequencer.
From sequencing special grooves to finger controlling the wackiest patches, this unit does it all!
Perfect partner for the 0-Ctrl and Strega making this a very portable powerful trio.
