The Sonor SQ1 snare 14 "x6.5" SDW SGM Satin Gold Metallic impresses with its outstanding workmanship and professional sound. The medium-heavy birch shell consists of seven layers with a total thickness of 7 mm and delivers a modern, linear sound for professionals. The SONOR double truss rods with TuneSafe in combination with the 2.3 mm power hoops promise tuning stability and a high dynamic range. Cross Laminated Tension Free means that the individual layers are glued without tension, which contributes to stability and acoustic quality. The Optimum Shell Measurement (O.S.M.) concept means that the birch shell is minimally undersized, allowing the head to settle optimally and exploit its full sound potential.
