Aria Pro II SB-1000: A vast range of sounds with a six-position Attack Mode Selector
The Aria Pro II SB-1000 BK draws on the characteristic design of one of the most famous bass models in the history of the Japanese manufacturer. Its ash body is combined with an elaborately crafted, seven-strip, one-piece neck made of maple and walnut, whose heel-less cutaway allows comfortable access right up to the 24th fret of the ebony fingerboard. Electrical signal conversion is handled by a single Aria MB-1E double-coil pickup, whose signal can be shaped via the volume and tone controls as well as the B.B. Circuit’s distinctive 6-position Attack Mode Selector. If required, the active circuit can be bypassed using the additional bypass switch. High-quality Gotoh GB707 tuning machines, a Gotoh J510BO-4 bridge and the gold-coloured hardware add both functional and aesthetic highlights to the black finish, whilst a matching quality gig bag is included as standard.
