The Set comprises two compact 8320 studio monitors, the GLM 2 Kit (Genelec Loudspeaker Manager) with a measurement microphone, the accompanying GLM software and a handy volume control. The GLM software’s integrated calibration function optimises sound reproduction and effectively compensates for room effects using DSP filters. This creates a precise and reliable monitoring environment, even in acoustically challenging rooms. The robust die-cast aluminium enclosure combines stability with a large internal volume, whilst the bass-reflex technology delivers impressively deep bass despite the compact design. Rounded cabinet edges improve spatial imaging and localisation, whilst the optimised sound guidance ensures balanced dispersion and a wide listening area.
