Hardly any other model combines classic Gretsch styling with raw humbucker power as skilfully as the Gretsch Electromatic Jet. This solid-body electric guitar from Gretsch’s Electromatic collection features a mahogany body with a resonance chamber in the classic Jet design, topped with a domed maple top. The Electromatic Jet’s basic construction also includes a set mahogany neck with a sporty Performance C-profile and a rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium-jumbo frets. The pair of Gretsch PureVolt Twin Six humbuckers provide that extra bit of oomph through the amplifier. The two double-coil pickups are fitted with a treble bleed circuit and feature separate coil-split switches, which are operated via the push/pull function of the two tone controls. The Gretsch Electromatic Jet is rounded off by a LockDown Wraparound Bridge and six die-cast tuning machines, all finished in a uniform nickel look.
