The PRS SE Special Semi-Hollow has long been a proven and highly versatile workhorse within the SE series. Thanks to its distinctive semi-hollow construction and flexible pickup configuration, this electric guitar delivers an exceptionally wide tonal range. The mahogany body with resonance chamber, combined with a two-piece maple top and figured maple veneer, produces a well-balanced, articulate tone with an airy, acoustic character. Equipped with two 58/15 LT “S” humbuckers and a Narrowfield DD “S” middle pickup, the instrument offers extensive switching options and tonal versatility. In addition, the two mini-switches allow each humbucker to be independently coil-split, unlocking crisp, well-defined single-coil sounds making tonal flexibility a true strength of the SE Special Semi-Hollow. As expected, the guitar features exclusively PRS-designed hardware, including the PRS Patented Tremolo and PRS Designed Tuners, ensuring reliable performance and tuning stability. A gig bag is included.
