FBT Subline 118SA – Active 18" subwoofer with powerful low-end

The FBT Subline 118SA is a compact, active bass-reflex subwoofer designed for professional PA applications, live sound, DJs, clubs, bars, event technology and fixed installations. With its powerful 18"-high-excursion woofer featuring a 3"-voice coil, it delivers punchy, deep bass reproduction down to 33 Hz, providing the essential foundation for modern sound reinforcement systems.

The subwoofer is powered by an efficient 1200-watt RMS Class D amplifier with 2400 watts of peak power. As a result, the Subline 118SA offers high dynamic headroom and achieves a maximum sound pressure level of 137 dB peak – ideal for all applications where controlled, rich bass is required. The integrated DSP provides 6 presets, including Original, Deep, DJ, Infra and Extended, allowing the sound to be quickly adapted to the music style, room and setup.

For professional use, the FBT Subline 118SA offers practical connection and adjustment options: stereo XLR inputs and outputs, a 6-step delay function, 0°/180° phase reversal, and cardioid options for precise bass control on stage. The robust cabinet, made from 0.70" birch plywood with a scratch-resistant black finish, is designed to withstand the rigours of daily touring and events. Two ergonomic aluminium handles make transport easier, whilst the integrated M20 flange allows a spacer bar to be fitted directly for use with top boxes.
