The Make Noise New Universal Skiff System (N.U.S.S.) is a compact Eurorack modular system designed with a focus on polyphonic sound design. The system consists of a two-zone skiff case with a powerful power supply, along with seven recently released modules. What sets this system apart is its ability to generate up to eight-voice polyphony. Thanks to the architecture of the included modules, it can emulate the voice structure of a traditional polyphonic analog synthesizer in certain configurations. At the same time, it retains the full flexibility of a modular system signal paths can be freely combined, rearranged, bypassed, or expanded as needed. The case also features an additional USB input, allowing the MultiWAVE module to be controlled via USB MIDI host from a DAW or external hardware sequencer. MPE MIDI is also supported, enabling expressive, multidimensional performance control.
