

The NX1-16 is a compact lighting control console from the ONYX platform that combines professional control functions in a space-saving format. With the integrated ONYX 16 Lite licence, up to 16 universes and 2 DyLOS layers are available. The system is suitable for programming and controlling lighting systems at events, concerts, theatre productions, corporate events or installations. It is based on the full-featured ONYX software, which runs directly on the console’s integrated hardware.
At the centre of the user interface is a 10.1-inch multi-touch screen with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels. This is complemented by 10 motorised playback faders, each with four freely assignable function keys, 10 hybrid keys for various control tasks, and four digital rotary encoders with push function and status LED for parameter control. A dedicated Master Go section with Go, Pause, Snap and Release functions enables quick access to key show sequences.
At its core is an industrial-grade platform featuring an Intel processor, Intel UHD Graphics, 16 GB of DDR5 RAM and a 500 GB NVMe M.2 SSD. The console runs on the Windows IoT Embedded operating system. For integration into existing lighting networks, four lockable 5-pin XLR connectors for DMX/RDM and two Gigabit Ethernet ports for Art-Net, sACN, ONYX X-Net, ONYX Remote, CITP, NDI, OSC and Telnet. In addition, the NX1-16 supports an external touchscreen monitor via HDMI. Multiple USB ports for storage and peripheral devices, as well as audio and timecode connections, expand its range of applications.
With its compact dimensions of 636 × 298.5 × 71 mm and a weight of 8.1 kg, the NX1-16 offers flexible deployment options. The package includes an LED USB desk lamp, a dust cover, a USB 3.0 recovery drive and a lockable IP65 power cable.
