The Thorens TD 402 DD is a ready-to-use turntable featuring an innovative, ultra-quiet direct drive and convenient extras such as an integrated phono preamplifier and an auto start/stop function. The TD 402 DD exceeds the expectations of an entry-level model by combining the latest technology, ease of use, and excellent sound quality. Its built-in TP 72 tonearm features a carbon tube, while the pre-mounted AT VM95 E cartridge sits in a removable headshell. The integrated phono preamplifier can be bypassed when not needed, and a switchable limit stop reduces wear on the stylus and cartridge.
