The 2hp Euclid Black is a sequencer module for modular synthesisers in Eurorack format. The module functions as a Euclidean drum pattern generator with up to 16 steps, whose patterns can be morphed using control voltages. ‘Euclidean’ means that the algorithm calculates the greatest common divisor of two natural numbers. This allows both simple and complex polyrhythms to be generated.
