The Behringer FLOW 4VIO expands the Behringer FLOW 4V with additional inputs and outputs for mobile recording, streaming and production setups. Four additional microphone preamps with two-stage A/D converters offer more connection options for speech, vocals or instruments.
The FLOW 4VIO can be connected to compatible devices via StageCONNECT using a standard XLR cable. The system supports multi-channel audio transmission with low latency and uncompressed 24-bit PCM quality at 44.1/48 kHz. According to the product page, the FLOW 4V Field Recorder and Mixer can also be powered remotely via this connection if required.
In addition to the expansion function, the FLOW 4VIO can also be used as a class-compliant USB audio/MIDI interface. Two headphone outputs with separate level controls enable direct monitoring for two people. For mobile setups, there is also an integrated 1/4"-20 thread with fixing screw for mounting on a camera or tripod.
This makes the Behringer FLOW 4VIO particularly suitable for users who want to flexibly expand their FLOW 4V and at the same time use a compact USB audio interface for travelling.
