The KRK V4 Series Five is an active 2-way studio reference monitor designed for mixing, producing, recording and modern project studios. KRK monitors have been a mainstay in studios worldwide for decades and have long since achieved genuine cult status.
With the new V Series Five, KRK combines this tried-and-tested studio DNA with numerous technical improvements. More precise tuning, modern DSP control, flexible room correction and high power reserves make the monitor a reliable tool for professional mixing decisions.
The new KRK Control app allows you to control all functions of the V Series Five monitors individually or in groups. This is particularly useful for stereo, surround or immersive set-ups.
With 25 preset boundary and tuning EQs, the monitor can be adapted to different room and placement scenarios. In addition, 7 parametric EQs and a delay function are available to precisely compensate for individual corrections, cinema screen loss or complex installations.
The 4-inch woofer with a woven Kevlar aramid fibre cone delivers controlled mid-range and tight bass. The 1-inch silk dome tweeter ensures clear treble and detailed reproduction up to 35 kHz.
With 455 watts of total Class-D power, a maximum sound pressure level of 113 dB and a frequency response ranging from 63 Hz to 35 kHz, the KRK V4 Series Five is compact yet powerful enough for demanding studio work.
The new KRK Mesh Technology enables wireless control of multiple monitors and even multiple studios via Bluetooth. This allows setups to be configured, saved and adapted to different production environments more quickly.
For producers, mixing engineers and studios with changing requirements in particular, the V Series Five offers a significantly more flexible workflow than traditional studio monitors without app and DSP integration.
