The PL-32CJ LED wall washer is a powerful and versatile solution for stages, clubs, events, mobile DJs and decorative lighting applications. With 48 RGBW 4-in-1 LEDs, the unit produces intense colours, clean white tones and a variety of area and moving effects. The fixture is divided into eight separately controllable segments, enabling dynamic animations, colour gradients and moving light patterns to be created across its entire length.
For quick set-up without external control, 54 integrated show and effect programmes are available. In addition, 41 static colours can be selected directly on the unit. Red, green, blue and white can each be set separately from 0 to 100 per cent, allowing individual colour mixes to be precisely tailored to the specific application. An integrated strobe effect complements the range of effects and its speed can be adjusted.
In automatic mode, the LED wall washer plays back the available programmes autonomously. The playback speed can be adjusted across several levels. For music-synchronised light shows, the unit offers two sound modes with adjustable microphone sensitivity. This allows colour changes and effects to react automatically to music or ambient noise. Master/slave operation enables several units to be connected together and operated in synchronisation.
The PURElight WALLZ 4in1 RGBW features a clear digital display with four control buttons: Menu, Up, Down and Enter. These can be used to configure , amongst other things , static colours, effect programmes, automatic and music modes, as well as the various DMX operating modes. The display’s backlight can be set to switch off automatically after 10, 20, 30 or 60 seconds, or remain permanently on. The menu also allows you to set the effect direction and the temperature protection range between 50 and 65 °C, whilst the current operating temperature can be displayed. A built-in microphone enables two music-controlled operating modes with adjustable sensitivity; there is also an IR receiver on the control panel. This allows key settings to be adjusted directly on the unit, even without an external DMX console.
The IR remote control allows you to conveniently access key functions of the PURElight WALLZ 4in1 RGBW from a distance. As well as switching the unit on and off, the overall brightness can also be adjusted directly. Separate buttons for red, green, blue and white provide quick access to the four primary colours of the RGBW colour mix. Nine preset buttons are available for direct selection of various static colours. In addition , automatic, strobe, fade and music-controlled modes can be activated immediately. This makes it easy to switch between colours and effects.
For professional use, the PL-32CJ supports control via DMX512 and offers a choice of 4, 6, 9, 32 or 36 DMX channels. The more compact channel modes allow for straightforward control of colours, dimming, strobe and programmes. In 32- and 36-channel modes, all eight RGBW segments can be controlled in detail and independently of one another. This makes the wall washer suitable for more complex light shows and custom-programmed running light effects. The additional RDM support simplifies addressing and configuration within compatible lighting networks.
The direction of the built-in effects can be set to either left or right. An integrated temperature monitoring system provides information on the current operating temperature and protects the luminaire in the event of excessive heat build-up. The cut-off value can be configured within a range of 50 to 65 °C. If the temperature measurement malfunctions, the unit also displays a corresponding error message.
A handy transfer function allows the selected channel mode and temperature protection threshold to be transferred to other connected devices. The display features a clear operating menu and an adjustable backlight. This can be set to switch off automatically after 10, 20, 30 or 60 seconds, or to remain on permanently.
Thanks to its combination of powerful RGBW colour mixing, eight individually controllable segments, comprehensive stand-alone programmes and flexible DMX control, the PL-32CJ LED wall washer is suitable for both simple lighting tasks and more demanding stage and show applications.
