IBANEZ JEM77P-BFP Blue Floral Pattern

The Ibanez JEM77P 6-String Electric Guitar in Blue Floral Pattern is the latest in a long line of signature models to be granted to guitar virtuoso Steve Vai.

The Ibanez JEM77P features a lightweight American Basswood body that comes complete with the monkey grip handle that helps all JEM series guitars stand out among their peers.  This is joined by a fast-playing five-piece Wizard Maple and Walnut neck that is fitted with KTS Titanium rods to improve stiffness.  This is topped with a 24-fret Maple fingerboard with Premium fret edge treatment that features a blue Tree of Life inlay, another signature feature that is only present on JEM series guitars.

The body of the JEM77P is fitted with a set of DiMarzio HSH pickups – Gravity Storm humbucker models in both the neck and bridge and an Evolution single coil in the middle position.  These are joined by a simple control circuit that consists of a master volume and tone controls and five-way pickup selector switch.  This setup easily allows Steve Vai’s signature tones to be achieved with the minimum of fuss and effort.  Accompanying the pickup selection is a double-locking Edge-Zero tremolo that allows for extreme variations in note pitch to be easily achieved with compromising tuning stability.

The main features of the JEM77P 6-String Electric Guitar in Blue Floral Pattern include:
