With the Drums of the TD-11 Series, Roland has seriously stirred up the E-Drum market, because the electronic drum sets offer an exceptional performance when it comes to expression, dynamics and playability. Reason enough for Roland to release a Special Edition of the popular TD-11KV series, which next to improved features is also offered at an affordable price.
The TD-11KVSE Special Edition Drum Sets, in contrast to the “normal” sets of the TD-11K and TD-11KV Sets, come with the revolutionary VH-11 HiHat, which can be mounted to a conventional HiHat stand and thereby feel and play just like the acoustic original. The integrated triggers provide the finest gradations and nuances, which simply cannot be matched by conventional HiHat pads with control pedals. Next to noticeably improved playability, the HiHat also looks the part with on-stage presence.
But that’s not all; the CY-12C Cymbal Pad of the TD-11KVSE offers yet another additional Crash cymbal. This means the player has access to three cymbal pads in total plus the HiHat. In order to ensure that everything has enough space, the TD-11KVSE Special Edition includes the MDS-9SC drum rack in place of the smaller MDS-4.
The TD-11KVSE Special Edition naturally also includes the following pads; PDX-8 (Snare + Floor Tom), PDX-6 (Tom Toms) as well as a KD-) Kick Pad. The high-performance TD-11 sound module comes equipped with 190 drum and percussion sounds, which can be assorted in freely programmable kits.
