Behringer U-Phoria UM2 USB audio interface

If you want to upgrade your "only for playbacks" Home studio to a high quality "Recording studio", You will need a lot of things, and it's best to start with a good audio interface that can hold beck the latency and give you great sound without any bumps/ticks/hiss/humm.. and can supply a high voltage when using a Condenser Mic.
It's light and can also be your best friend if your'e having a DJ gig somewhere, it has all plugs needed!
I bought this Behringer when I only wanted to record a short vocal session in my own home studio.
I got such a great result so I'm using it a lot now!
and not only for recording vox at home, but for creating and processing heavy FX live when needed.

The low price is another bonus for this high quality machine!

Got for a great price. Other similar convertors on-line but this gizmo on desktop is so easy to use. Came with a tonne on paperwork, instructions but once you realise its all different language you can start without as its very obvious how to opperate. My Mac detected automatically and been playing electric guitar straight into Garageband.

Good latency with my setup, use it to connect a guitar to a laptop, couldn't be happier, definitely good equipment for the money. haven't tested doing recordings but for my needs it gets the job done better than I expected.

My son, who is 15, is starting to record from home. We bought this and, not only is it straightforward for him to use, our friend, who is a recording technician, said that it is something that will continue to be useful as his experience grows. I am very pleased with the product, and with the service from dv247. My only slight disappointment with the product is that it did not come complete with a USB cable, which would cost very little for the manufacturer to add in… But I’m sure that is a common occurrence and isn’t confined to this product. Apart from that, we couldn’t be happier.

I’m 15 and really into music performing and recording. I’ve been saving up for this audio interface and it’s fantastic. It’s really easy to use along side your pc and has a great sound quality. I’ve not stopped using it since it arrived. Thanks music store!
