The Xkey 37 from ESI is a USB-MIDI keyboard that could scarcely be any flatter or more compact. The 37-key keyboard is velocity-sensitive and even features polyphonic aftertouch for expressive playing. Thanks to its class-compliant design, the keyboard is recognised immediately without the need to install drivers. The Xkey 37 connects to a computer or smartphone via the USB-C port. Using the free software editor, you can easily customise the Xkey 37 to suit your own needs and, if required, assign a different MIDI command to each key, for example. The package includes the XCable, which provides a MIDI output and pedal connections for expression and sustain.
