The Jack & Danny UK-BM1R FL Fretless Bass Ukulele (Natural) is a fully equipped ukulele bass with fretless fingerboard and probably the best price-performance ratio on the market. The Sapele body helps to deliver a rich sound that is transmitted from the integrated pick-up system to the amplifier and evokes clear associations with a double bass.

The Okoumé neck has a fretless composite fingerboard giving the impression of a double bass, albeit on a smaller scale. Fully equipped for the stage, the UK-BM1R FL also features an integrated pick-up system consisting of a piezo element under the bridge insert and an active pre-amp. With it, this compact instrument delivers a surprisingly large bass sound through an amplifier, the distinctive tone development of which clearly reminds of a large double bass. A 2-band equalizer is available to adjust the sound, while the integrated tuner guarantees a secure tuning.
