2-way studio monitor, active The Monkey Banana Gibbon 5 is an active two-way near field studio monitor with a 5.25" magnetically shielded polypropylene woofer and a 1" silk dome tweeter. There drivers are powered by a 45 Watt and 35 Watts biamplifier respectively.
The Gibbon 5 has a frequency response of 48Hz-22kHz and a max SPL of 95dB meaning they pack quite a punch for a small speaker. They also have volume control and an HF and LF level control for adjustments to compensate for your room acoustics.
