2-channel I/O audio interface with Dante technology
With the NBB-0202,UNiKA presents a two-channelI/O audio interface that utilises AudinateDante network technology for audio transmission. It supports up to Layer3 of the IEEE 802.3 network standard, whilst integration into audio networks is straightforward. It features two Ethernet ports, meaning that multiple NBB-0202 units can be physically cascaded within a network. Free Dante Controller software, which can be downloaded from the Audinate website, enables audio routing between the UNiKA NBB-0202 and all other Dante-compatible devices via a computer. Using the Dante Virtual Soundcard software, you can also record and play back multitrack audio directly in conjunction with your DAW. Recording is carried out uncompressed via 24-bit PCM converters at a sampling rate of 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz or 96 kHz – regardless of whether the signal is at line or microphone level. The interface is powered via an external power supply (48V) or via an Ethernet switch (PoE).
