The KH 350 is based on a contemporary monitor design featuring an 8.25-inch woofer, a 3-inch midrange driver and a 1-inch tweeter. This configuration is clearly designed for resolution, clarity and a stable soundstage. The legendary Neumann midrange driver, in particular, really comes into its own here, as it is precisely in this frequency range that vocals, guitars, synths and complex arrangements often make the difference.
Added to this is ELFF woofer technology, which enables extremely low distortion even at high excursion levels. This really pays off when the low end needs to be assessed not only as big, but also as clean and resilient.
The KH 350 operates on the sealed acoustic principle. This is an important detail, as it is precisely this design that is valued for its particularly controlled decay behaviour and a bass foundation that can be clearly assessed. This is a real advantage, particularly in control rooms where one does not wish to be misled by embellished low-end response. As a result, the bass does not sound spectacular for its own sake, but rather precise, tight and honest.
A key feature of the KH 350 is its integrated DSP engine, which both enhances the system’s capabilities and improves its integration into modern studio workflows. The full 32-bit DSP signal path ensures precise system alignment and advanced signal processing at a professional level.

The KH 350 utilises highly efficient Class D amplifiers with an advanced limiter structure. Compared to the KH 310 A, the power output has been significantly increased. This ensures greater stability, more control and more headroom in day-to-day operations.
