Erica Synths Pico Voice is een oscillatormodule voor modulaire synthesizers in Eurorack formaat. Het heeft acht verschillende geluidsalgoritmen, die allemaal kunnen worden gemodelleerd met de drie parameters van de module. Als alternatief kan de module ook via de CV-ingang worden aangestuurd.
Erica Synths Pico Voice bevat de geluidsalgoritmen Karplus Sterk, Koorden, Golflengte, TB303 Baslijnisolatie, PWM, Supersaw, Golfvouw en Harmonische Verzadiging. Een LED gebruikt verschillende kleuren om aan te geven welk geluid op dat moment wordt afgespeeld.
De CV-ingang van de module maakt het mogelijk om één van de twee parameters per geluidsalgoritme via stuurspanning te modelleren
Erica Synths Pico VoiceThis little module has some bad ass sound in it and it can be pinged with a trigger so it's very useful to add to percussive sounds. If you turn the release all the way open you get a constant tone like a normal VCO. Very useful module.
Very nice sounding sound source. And very compact. I"m gonna buy more in the pico range. But the pitch potmeter is very sensitive. It's had to tune it and if you accidentally hit it is detunes really fast. It bit annoying on stage...
very simple to use digital oscillator module. Different type of synthesis available. Personal favourites are chords and bass, which are so useful for a compact eurorack rig.
I was worried about how playable are the knobs before my first Pico. But despite being small they're very tall, which makes them super accessible, even when covered in cables :)
