With the MacBook Pro computers, Apple offers real workhorses designed for universal and professional use. Here not only the noble and very compact design of the 13 inch in silver scores, but of course also the sophisticated technology with which complex and computationally intensive projects can be realized. The combination of processor, hard disk, graphics card and connections is the decisive factor: Intel's 7th-generation 2.3 GHz dual-core i5 processor calculates processes in Turbo Boost even at clock rates of up to 3.6GHz, while 8GB RAM (2133MHz LPDDR3) provides some reserves in terms of RAM. The built-in and incredibly fast 256GB SSD delivers speeds of up to 3.2GB/sec read and 2.2GB/sec write, enabling fast system and program boot times. Also special is the powerful and versatile Thunderbolt 3 Port. Not only can you send files at speeds of up to 40Gbps and use the ports as power interfaces, but you can also connect to eGPUs and connect up to two 5k displays. The already excellent overall picture is rounded off by the included 61W USB C Power Adapter and the USB-C 2m charging cable.
