Engl E606 Ironball Head White
The Engl E606 Ironball Head is a compact amp head with a 20 Watt EL84 power amplifier and integrated power soak for versatile use on stage, in the recording studio or at home. Two channels with switchable gain boost promise an enormous sonic bandwidth between crystal-clear clean, harmonic crunch and juicy high-gain distortion. To adjust the sound, this handy head offers a shared 3-band EQ for both channels and a harmonically tuned reverb. In addition to the connections for speaker cabinets with 8 Ohm or 16 Ohm impedance, the Engl E606 Ironball Head is furthermore equipped with frequency-corrected line-out and speaker connections.
Despite its compact dimensions, the Engl E606 Ironball convinces with a wide range of sounds. The
Clean channel
delivers crystal-clear and brilliant sounds, which can be increased to a juicy crunch for blues with the help of the
gain control
and the
switchable gain boost
. The
Lead channel
, on the other hand, offers harmonic overdrive as well as modernly tuned high-gain distortion, which, thanks to the
gain boost
, can reach right into the realm of metal. The classic
3-band
EQ
can be used to precisely adjust the tone. The Engl Ironball even includes a harmonically tuned
reverb effect
whose

is located on the back of the amp.
The power amp of the Engl E606 Ironball Head uses

Engl E606 Ironball Head 20 WattsОтличный усилитель по всем параметрам (учитывая конечно, что это всё таки мини голова). Очень универсален и в плане звучания и в использовании. Выходной мощности хватит чтобы поиграть на репетиции или клубе во взрослый кабинет! Или сидя на диване в наушники (достойный спикосим). Классно звучит на чистом и перегруженном звуках. Накрутить можно от легко подгруженного, до модерн! Тут конечно вопрос вкуса, но для меня звучание 10/10! Качество изготовления на высоте, пользоваться очень приятно! Рекомендую!
Использую дома. И на тихой и на большой громкостях - звучит отлично. Легкий. достаточно гибкий в настройках звука. При наличии хорошей гитары и кабинета - просто идеал

creamy bluesy sound that easily becomes a real metal beast if needed
both channels sound great with passive or active pickups, the overdrive channel doesn't really need any additional drive pedal - it's compressed enough yet still very dynamic
the only shortages seem to be no power attenuation on the 16Ohm speaker out and the headphones out sound, but i guess that's not critical
