The J & D D-110CE produces a warm and wide sound thanks to its large dreadnought construction, which is excellent for expressive strumming and vocal accompaniment. In addition, the acoustic sound can be transferred to an amplifier with the help of the in-house pickup system, so that the acoustic guitar can also be used on stage without any problems. The flat neck guarantees an easy grip of the 6 steel strings and is especially suitable for beginners. Visually, the instrument is rounded off by a noble high-gloss finish.
Since the construction consists of wafer-thin laminated woods, the sound unfolds already with small strokes. Meanwhile, the spruce top provides distinctive midrange frequencies, which are perfectly complemented by the warm bass frequencies of the mahogany body. A generous cutaway gives the nato neck optimized access in the highest of the 20 frets. The fingerboard and bridge are made of Sonokeling.
To ensure that the guitar intonates cleanly over the entire scale length of 650 mm, the saddle and the 43 mm wide nut are finely tuned to each other. At the same time, the chrome-plated die-cast tuners guarantee precise string tuning. The timeless look of the J & D D-110CE is accentuated by multi-ply bindings and a multi-stripe soundhole rosette, against which a large black pickguard rests.
This is my first guitar, I started to learn how to play it and I’m so happy I chose this model! I recommend it to everyone, it’s not expensive if you want a really good instrument, it came already tuned and without any flaws!
