With the Korg Pa4X Korg continues the tradition of Professional Arranger Keyboards with enormous improvements and new sound quality. The Pa4x is more than just a keyboard. The Pa4X ORIENTAL is equipped for every style of music and plays every style from western to oriental, including Arabic, Persian and Turkish music with the same perfection. When composing and recording your musical ideas, it also becomes clear why the Pa4X is one of the most powerful entertainer keyboards.
With a sound engine using the latest streaming technology, the Pa4X offers an extensive selection of sounds whose sound quality is second to none. Clearly in the foreground is playing the keyboard on stage. For example, the instrument includes a search function for quickly finding musical resources. The large 7" touch-sensitive TouchView TFT colour display serves as the"control centre" for all important functions such as automatic accompaniment, sound editing, effects in studio quality and performance programming - all very convenient and reliable. As a bonus, the Oriental version includes an exclusive package with the most popular musical resources of high-class music styles of the Middle East.
The Pa4X includes Korg's newly developed EDS-X (enhanced definition synthesis-eXpanded) sound engine with streaming technology that makes the sounds sound extremely real. From the factory the entertainer keyboard is equipped with more than 1500 highly realistic sounds, which are immediately ready to play without further editing. A large selection of classical instruments, band and orchestra instruments, modern keyboards or electronic instruments are available. The instrument also offers new wind instruments, basses, strings or various acoustic and electric guitars.
More than 500 styles, most of them newly programmed, ensure perfect accompaniment. Each one of the very authentic styles reproduces a certain genre. The selection ranges from song styles from evergreen to the latest hits. In addition to drums, percussion and bass, each style can integrate up to 5 additional instrument parts that follow your chord change, voicings and tempo. Each style in the PA4X has different intros, variations, breaks, fill-ins, endings and even a counter. Furthermore, you have the possibility to create completely new styles or to adapt existing styles to your own taste.
The focus is on the touch-sensitive TouchView display. It serves as a control center for all important functions and settings for your entertainment keyboard. The large, bright screen is easy to read even in difficult lighting conditions and can be tilted forwards and backwards for an optimal viewing angle.
Korg Pa4X has been equipped with the best studio-ready effects Korg has to offer in his library. The keyboard includes more than 148 effect types, including reverb, delay, vintage ground emulations, amp and speaker simulators and more.
