The Meinl B86VSMA Byzance Vintage Smack Stack Add-On 8"/16" consists of two thin B20 bronze cymbal discs designed as an add-on pack for the Meinl B024VSM. The sound can be tailored by adjusting the cymbal stand’s wing nut: tightening produces a crisp attack with a short decay for quick accents, while loosening allows for longer sustain. These Smack Stacks pair perfectly with a snare to reinforce backbeats, and their electronically inspired character can even serve as a complete snare alternative.
