Boundary microphone for theatre stages The AKG PCC160 boundary microphone is ideal for theatre stages due to its robust housing , compact design and excellent feedback protection thanks to its supercardioid polar pattern . Thanks to its low height , it can be placed almost invisibly on the theatre floor, while the phase-coherent Cardioid transducer prevents sound discolouration caused by reflections. In addition, the PCC 160 microphone can process sound pressure levels of up to 120 dB SPL without distortion. It is also possible to lower the bass via a switch.
