Hybrid bass amplifier with tube preamp and 750 watt power
The Aguilar DB 751 from the New York bass company is a powerful hybrid amp for electric bass that combines the typical Aguilar sound with tremendous volume reserves. The tube preamp has three 12AX7 tubes and promises a particularly warm, yet transparent sound with gain reserves for juicy overdrive. A 3-band EQ as well as Bright and Deep presets can be used for adjusting the tone. To integrate your own effect devices, the Aguilar DB 751 features a parallel FX loop with adjustable send and return levels. The bass amp's solid-state output stage draws a whopping 750 watts of power from twelve MOSFET power transistors, promising maximum headroom and volume reserves for the biggest stages. Last but not least, a balanced XLR output for direct signal pick-up completes the Aguilar DB 751 bass amplifier.
