Perfect Multi-Pad for Beginners: Alesis PercPad

The Alesis PercPad Percussion Pad is a handy multi-pad instrument with compact dimensions that can be used in a variety of ways. You can add electronic sounds to an existing drum set, the internal sound library includes 25 sounds that you can edit to your liking. Samples can also be assigned to one of the four velocity-sensitive pads as needed. The Alesis Perc Pad can be operated almost silently with the help of the headphone output. It can be mounted on a conventional snare stand, but it is also suitable for tabletop use.

A MIDI output allows you to control DAWs and music software, so any sound can also be digitally sampled. A practical connection for a bass drum controller rounds off the functional overall picture.
