An authentic recreation of the Charlie Christian pickup of the 1930s, the Amber CC-250 delivers the classic sound of the famous jazz guitarist. For this purpose, relatively thin winding wire with polyurethane coating was wound by hand around the blade magnet in order to match the sound character and output to the forefather of the magnetic pickup from the early ES-150 models. In contrast to the CC-150, the Amber CC-250 develops a slightly higher output with a more vocal midrange response.
