What is a SwitchPlug?

Often there is a loud crash when plugging and unplugging the instrument, which is not only unpleasant to listen to, but in the worst case can also damage amps as well as drumheads. And unfortunately, this can happen faster than you think. A SwitchPlug prevents this by muting the instrument cable at the exact moment it is plugged in or unplugged. This makes changing instruments virtually silent. This version uses a unique slide ring contact design for this purpose, which quietly switches the signal circuit to ground when changing under load.

The robust construction in Satin Finish and the patented "Jaws" cable strain relief, which can withstand a high load, withstand even tougher conditions.
