The MicroLab Mk3 from Arturia is a USB keyboard controller with a velocity-sensitive 25 Slimkey keyboard and is compatible with most DAWs (Ableton, Logic, Cubase...) including Arturia PlugIns and AnalogLab. In the Mk3, the MicroLab presents itself in a compact, new design that is visually impressive with its integrated wooden side panels. Instead of the familiar hand wheels for pitch bend and modulation, there are two ribbon controllers that can be operated with a swipe of the finger. By holding down the Shift key, the two ribbon controllers can be used to conveniently scroll through the categories and presets of the currently selected Plusin. There is a simple chord function as a playing aid, which remembers the last notes pressed simultaneously. The Arturia MicroLab Mk3 also comes with a professional software bundle for creative music production, consisting of Ableton Live Lite and Analog Lab Intro.
