Almost like a condenser microphone!

The Austrian Audio OD505 is a dynamic vocal microphone for stage use. Due to its modern dual-capsule design and active amplifier electronics, similar good sensitivity and transmission values as a condenser microphone are achieved with the significantly better directivity and level stability typical for dynamic microphones. A new type of pop filter reliably eliminates pop sounds. Superfluous bass fundamentals can be filtered out with the 12dB high-pass filter at 120Hz. The special basket design also reduces the proximity effect, so that overemphasized bass is effectively mitigated.
